We are a self managed HOA community located in Palm Bay, Florida we are situated near the Indian River Lagoon and and a short drive to the beaches with all the necessary amenities, such as shopping, dining, and entertainment, nearby. The community consists of 11 buildings, with a total of 84 units, nestled off of Palm Bay Road on quiet oneway street with a community pool and private meeting room. 

We are a 720 HOA; see Florida Statutes 720

HOA dues are currently $220.00 per month.

Services for the Common Area include:

  • Pool maintenance

  • Community lighting

  • Lawn care, irrigation, trimming, weeds, fertilization/lawn bugs

  • Termite protection (underground)

  • Roof replacement for age

  • Maintain surface of buildings.

    • Exterior cleaning of buildings

    • White trim painting

    • Maintain the roof surface materials.

      • (Except when an insurable event occurs  the owners are responsible. )

  • Lability and workman's compensation insurance

  • Utilities

    • Water & Sewer (utility)

    • Trash service (utility)

Home owners:

  • Maintain their own property 3 feet out from the slab in the back,front,and side to plant.

  • When updating windows the frame color must be the same as others in your building.
